Feeling Better Every Day

I went to the track yesterday evening, still not ready for speed work but at least to run on a softer surface and see some of the SERCers before we meet in Boston. I did a slow 6.5 miles. Thanks to E-speed for keeping the conversation going so I wouldn't think about the various pains. This morning, I feel good. The knee still clicks, but the pain and swelling are really about gone. I am excited about getting to Boston, seeing the town all done-up for the race, doing the Expo on Saturday, seeing the Womens Olympic qualifier on Sunday, ...oh, and there's that race we are running on Monday.

rtkriGlad to hear that you knee continues to feel better. Now if you could just get it to click in a regular rhythm you've have your own built-in 'pacer' click-track.
