Right knee is wrong. Been walking without bending it for two days. Keeping it iced and wrapped. When I do bend it, it feels like things are out of place. Not even a remote possibility of running, as I am finding difficult to walk around the office.
uggh. This seems to happen to so many training for Boston. Try not to worry and just keep off of it. I find 3-5 days off with lots of elevation and ice can do wonders.
Thanks for the advice about looking up, I think that may be a major key to my slouching as I tend to look down when I get tired!
Living in Cleveland, Ohio, USA, with my wife Sue. We were married in 1975. Our two sons, Alex and Andy, live in Seattle and Atlanta respectively.
I've been running most of my life, but never ran longer distances (marathons and ultras) until I joined the Cleveland Southeast Runners Club a few years ago.

not good. but at least you are in taper mode. enjoy some rest and hope the knee heals enough to race well.
Sorry to hear that after your discipline. I will keep my fingers crossed that it works itself out here shortly.
